University of Manitoba (UoM) :
The University of Manitoba currently executes a large number of projects in many developing countries. UoM also led a consortium that designed and implemented the CIDA-funded India-Canada Collaborative HIV/AIDS Project (ICHAP), a 5-year project initiated in 2001 and based in the Indian States of Karnataka and Rajasthan. The University of Manitoba, in collaboration with KSAPS, is the executing agency for Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation funded project, Sankalp and Corridors.

Karnataka State AIDS Prevention Society (KSAPS) :
As the key government implementation agency for developing and delivering HIV/AIDS-related prevention, care and support programs and services, the University of Manitoba and KHPT have worked extremely closely with KSAPS over the past several years. The University of Manitoba and KHPT have worked very closely with KSAPS in developing annual work plans, identifying new areas for programming, identifying and addressing training needs, working on advocacy issues, expanding VCT, surveillance and STI/HIV care programs, and representing Karnataka at NACO and at national fora.

The role of KSAPS in this project would be overall technical guidance and strategic decision making on geographic coverage of different interventions, responsibility to ensure that basic services such as VCTC, STD, condoms, PPTCT and ART centres are in place and are functional, responsibility to ensure that supplies such as HIV test kits, STD and OI management drugs and ART is available in adequate quantity within the state and collaboration with other departments of the state such as TB, RCH, education, women and child welfare, etc., KHPT and KSAPS will be involved in joint planning meetings for the annual plans developed for the state.

India Health Action trust (IHAT) :
India Health Action Trust (IHAT) is a registered charitable, secular trust founded in the year 2003. The vision of IHAT is to impact public health policy and programmes at a national level through the use of programme science.

IHAT has a multidisciplinary team dedicated to provide technical support to government and non government agencies working in public health. The uniqueness of IHAT is that it offers expertise and support in the complete program life cycle.

Centre for Global Public Health :
Centre for Global Public Health as a part of University of Manitoba strives to improve public health systems, programs and activities in diverse global settings. The Centre for Global Public Health (CGPH) was established in the Department of Community Health Sciences in June 2008, in collaboration with the Department of Medical Microbiology. CGPH is actively involved in implementing international health and development projects in several countries including India, China, Kenya and Pakistan, primarily in the areas of HIV and STI prevention.
