Community to Community Learning (CTCL) is a high impact community centered knowledge exchange programme that virtually links geographically distant communities (female sex workers, men having sex with men, injecting drug users) through technology (internet/skype). This facilitates exchange of learning and best practices on core thematic areas across countries or states at minimal cost.
The programme evolved under the Bridge Project of the India Learning Network from January 2012 to March 2015. It has received wide acceptance and acknowledgement within the participating communities and countries.
KHPT has developed a programme in consultation with Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), Punjab State AIDS Control Society (PSACS) and the Technical Support Unit (TSU) in Punjab for the implementation of CTCL in the state of Punjab.
