KHPT works in collaboration with NGO and CBO partner to ensure a strong
presence within programme districts. These include, among others. Action Aid,
Belgaum Integrated Rural Development Society. Bhorukha Charitable Trust,
Chaitanya Mahila Sangha. Citizen?s Alliance for Rural Development & Training
Society, Darbar Mahila Sangha, Karnataka State Trainers Collective, Myrada,
Sadhane, Sahabhagini, Samraksha, Sangama, Shakti Mahila Sangha, Snehadaan,
Swasti. Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement, Suraksha, Society for People?s
Action for Development and Vimukti Mahila Sangha.
KHPT works closely with collectives of sex workers, sexual minorities and networks of positive people in most districts to implement HIV/AIDS
prevention, care and support programmes.
KHPT also has formal linkages with several local and international academic institutions, including the National Institute of Medical Health and Neurological Sciences (NIMIIANS), St John?s Medical College, the Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences (Hubli) and several other medical colleges in Karnataka, Universite Laval (Laval University) in Canada, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (UK) and Imperial College (UK).
