Rajiv K. Raman is a seasoned social entrepreneur; gave momentum to career path at a youthful age by associating with an international voluntary organization (CARE), in the late 80’s.  Early associating with an organization has given the true meaning of working for the “poorest of the poor”; came in touch with “Children” and “Women” of rural and tribal belts of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh who were in intense need of support to address their health and nutritional requirements. Transformation to work for the society rooted in the thoughts and work attitude.

In the social development arena, has been actively involved in the implementation of “Health & Nutrition Program”, “Targeted Intervention Program” and HIV Care, Support & Treatment Program”.  During the project implementing years, was associated with International & National agencies viz., CARE, USAID, TGF, CIDA, HLFPPT, Central Government and State Governments.

Presently, at KHPT, he manages the programme component of TB projects including THALI Project.

A commerce postgraduate and management diploma in HRD, and obtained certificate courses in “STI/HIV” and “Monitoring and Evaluation of Health Projects”.  Carries experience of more than 2 decades of committed working with National and International organizations for social development causes. Expert in Project Cycle Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, Quantitative and Qualitative Tools, Fund Management, Project Proposal writing and budgeting.
