On July 22, 2025, an exploratory convening – hosted by KHPT and Dasra (Secretariat to ClimateRISE Alliance) – brought together key organisations, including CEEW, WRI India, Swasti, Jhpiego, and ARTPARK, working across diverse priorities of climate-health adaptation and resilience,to discuss collaborative and collective action towards the development and implementation of holistic climate adaptive and resilient elements and models to strengthen urban health systems.  

  The discussion highlighted the work of individual organizations that are adopting thoughtful approaches to enhance the capacities, resilience, and climate and health readiness of communities and health systems. Gaps and challenges discussed highlighted critical needs that require bridging the current disconnect between data availability, interoperability, integration, health outcomes, and knowledge translation through collaborative action.
