KHPT organized a colloquium on the topic, “Exponential Leadership in the AI era” with Mr. Sreekanth K Arimanithaya, an entrepreneur in residence at The Machani Group, as well as the CEO of Xarpie Labs, on March 24th, 2025 at the KHPT Head Office in Bengaluru.

Mr Sreekanth spoke about how human intelligence and technology has evolved over the years in a myriad of sectors such as the agricultural sector, the healthcare sector, finance, etc. He spoke about how Artificial Intelligence will soon surpass collective human intelligence and the plethora of possibilities that this will generate.

Mr. Sreekanth highlighted the need for ‘Moonshot thinking’, which is essentially exponential thinking that can not only increase but multiply our gains. He also highlighted how ‘incremental thinking’ is a thing of the past and how we need to transition to a ‘mindset of abundance’ in the AI era that we live in today.
