
Dr. Manoj Kumar brings extensive experience of over 15+ years in health research, policy, and practice, having led and contributed to design and implementation of large-scale, multidisciplinary public health programs that span across chronic disease management, primary health care, noncommunicable diseases, maternal and child health, and community-based care. Currently, he leads the respiratory resilience theme at KHPT, especially focusing on systemic challenges and addressing social determinants through evidence-based interventions. His work is set to study the burden and impact of chronic respiratory diseases such as Asthma and COPD in hyperlocal poor neighbourhoods and occupational settings and design resilient community owned interventions that integrates climate-health adaptation measures to manage Asthma and COPD.
